PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate enabling attainment of a molded material excellent in moldability, regrind properties and properties of outward appearance. SOLUTION: The laminate is constituted by laminating a multilayer film (I) which comprises a layer of a resin composition containing a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) and a polyamide resin (B) having a melting point of 160 deg.C or below and a polypropylene layer, and a multilayer sheet (II) which comprises the polypropylene layer and a reground layer.
