PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional boring device is provided along a conveying passage of paper sheets and it is required that conveying the paper sheets is temporarily stopped for a boring treatment and therefore, a conveying speed of the paper sheets is reduced, as a result, a treatment speed is reduced in the case where it is used for a high speed image forming device and a paper post-treating device. SOLUTION: A boring treatment is carried out in an inversion conveying step that the paper is reversed and conveyed using a stop member in an inversion conveying part.
