TONER FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrophotography whose fixing property is excellent and with which the sticking of the toner and the deterioration of image density are not caused. SOLUTION: In the toner for the electrophotography consisting of toner particles incorporating at least a binding resin, magnetic powder and a releasing agent and a surface processing agent, the melting start temperature of an endothermic peak at a temperature rising time equivalent to the releasing agent is set as >=45 deg.C, and melting peak temperature is set from 80 deg.C to 120 deg.C and a difference in the melting start temperature and the melting finish temperature is set from 60 deg.C to 100 deg.C in a DSC curve measured by the differential scanning calorimeter of the toner for the electrophotography, and also the toner for the electrophotography incorporates silica by 0.3-1.3 wt.% and titanium oxide by 0.5-1.6 wt.% as the surface processing agent.
