PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently discharge and collect remaining toner scraped with a scraping blade irrelevantly to the mount place of the scraping blade on a photosensitive drum in a liquid development electrophotographic device using liquid toner with high viscosity and high density. SOLUTION: A liquid toner cleaning and collection device for an electrophotographic device develops a toner image by supplying liquid toner as a liquid developer onto a photosensitive body where an electrostatic latent image is formed and scrapes the remaining liquid toner on a photosensitive body at a position behind the transfer of the developed toner image. The device is equipped with a fixed member which is mounted on both axial end sides of a photosensitive body and does not rotate and the blade which is provided on the photosensitive body and scrapes the remaining liquid toner. The liquid toner scraped with the scraping blade moves to both the end sides of the photosensitive body, reaches the fixed member, and drips by gravitation and is thus collected.
