PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD case which can be stood for the purpose of decoration. SOLUTION: The CD case comprising a transparent main body, an internal frame for accommodating and supporting a CD inside the main body, and a transparent cover one side of which is mounted on the top part of the internal frame so as to be able to swing, wherein an upper open/close piece 7 and a lower open/close piece 8 are provided in such a manner that the sum of the thickness of the piece 7 and the piece 8 is identical to the thickness of an end face of the top part of the internal frame, the upper open/close piece 7 is mounted on the top part 6 of the internal frame 4 so as to be able to swing, and the lower open/close piece 8 is mounted on the bottom plate 11 of the main body so as to be able to swing, so that the CD case can be stood on a desk or the like in the state that the open/close pieces 7 and 8 are opened for the purpose of decoration.
