PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side visor fitting device which is adaptable to the change in the fitting angle to a frame of a side visor and formed by a simple forming die while maintaining conventional advantages of simple configuration and easy working. SOLUTION: The side visor fitting device comprises a retainer 25 fixed to a fitting part 11 of the frame 3, and clips (26 and 27) to fix the side visor 1 to a part extending from the retainer 25 to the side visor 1. The clips comprise a receiving clip 26 provided on a back side of the side visor 1 and a pin clip 27 which is inserted in and locked to the receiving clip through the side visor from the face side of the side visor. The retainer 25 and the receiving clip 26 are integrally hinge-connected to each other by a thin-walled hinge part 29 so as to be turned in response to the angle of inclination between the side visor and the frame. The receiving clip forms a side visor supporting part extending from the retainer by the thin-walled hinge part 29, and the side visor 1 is held by the receiving clip 26 and the pin clip 27 and fixed to the frame 3 via the retainer 25.
