PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress large drop of the blowout air temperature in a heat accumulation mode. SOLUTION: The voltage applied to a second pump is controlled so that the quantity of cooling water discharged from a heat accumulation tank is decreased as the opening SW of an air mix door is increased (as the quantity of air passing through a heater core is increased). Thus, as the opening SW of the air mix door is larger, and larger heating capacity is required, the quantity of cooling water at low temperature to be discharged from the heat accumulation tank is decreased. On the other hand, as the opening SW of the air mix door is smaller, and smaller heating capacity is required, the quantity of cooling water at low temperature to be discharged from the heat accumulation tank 6 is increased. Therefore, large drop of the temperature of cooling water fed in the heater core 8 can be prevented in the heat accumulation mode, and large drop of the blowout air can be suppressed.
