PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise and to enhance measuring precision. SOLUTION: This instrument is provided with a laser resonator 1 for emitting a laser beam L to a vibration measuring object O, and for mixing a reflected beam R in the vibration measuring object O with the emitted laser beam L, a photoreceiving part 2 for receiving a mixed beam therein to be detected as a prescribed form of signal, and a signal processing part 3 for processing the detected signal and for outputting a processed result to a prescribed display part 4 as vibration information of the vibration measuring object O. The signal processing part 3 is provided with a data dividing function for dividing a signal as to the mixed beam to a plurality of areas, a data fitting function for approximating respectively distributions of the signals within the respective divided areas as prescribed functions in the respective areas, and a data concatenating function for concatenating the respective functions generated in the respective sreas to one function.
