PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on an impeller mounting part. SOLUTION: A spline is provided at an end of a rotation shaft 50, which is engaged with a spline provided on a sleeve 10 to be mounted here so as to transmit a turning force to the sleeve 10. A screw hole 40 penetrating in its axial direction is provided at the sleeve 10, and a bolt 30 is inserted into this screw hole 40. On a face where an impeller 20 is brought into contact with the sleeve 10, a screw hole 41 is provided threaded at a position corresponding to the screw hole 40 provided on the sleeve 10. The sleeve 10 and the impeller 20 are fastened and fixed with the bolt 30.
