PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable change of the operational characteristics of a hydraulic actuator according to an operator's desire as to a hydraulic controller of a construction equipment. SOLUTION: A desired speed table 4 memorizing the desired action speed of a hydraulic actuator 30 for the manipulated variable of an operating member 2 operated by an operator, and a desired acceleration table 5 memorizing the desired action acceleration of the hydraulic actuator 30 for the manipulated variable of the operating member are provided, and either of the desired speed table 4 or the desired acceleration table 5 can be selected with the operation of a selecting switch 3 by the operator. The desired value is set corresponding to the manipulated variable of the operating member 2 using the table selected with the selecting switch 3, and a control valve 17 for controlling the pressure oil feeding amount from a hydraulic pump 16 into the hydraulic actuator 30 is controlled based on the desired value set by a controlling means.
