PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with removal and disassembly of a floor for facilitating construction of a designed floor for anyone, to greatly reduce a construction term and construction cost, and to allow a pattern combination of various design and shapes applied to the designed floor. SOLUTION: After base 2 is cleaned, a base layer agent 1 prepared by mixing an adhesive, water, cement and sand at a predetermined compounding ratio is applied to the upper face of the base 2, and consequently, a base layer a is formed. A first layer b is formed by applying a first layer agent 10 prepared by mixing the adhesive, water, cement and sand at a predetermined compounding ratio to the upper face of the base layer a. A second layer c is formed by applying a second layer agent 20 prepared by mixing the adhesive, water, cement and sand at a predetermined compounding ratio to the upper face of the first layer b. When a stamp body 3 having an embossing face part 4 is pressed to the upper face of the second layer c, a desired designed floor 5 is formed. The upper face of the second layer c formed into the desired designed floor 5 is colored 6, and the surface is processed.
