PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening sealing metal fitting capable of surely preventing infiltration of rainwater and the like and provide an external wall construction structure for construction of a saddle joint. SOLUTION: In this external wall construction structure for construction of the saddle joint, the fastening sealing metal fitting 1 is arranged in the lower end part of a longitudinal joint. The fastening sealing metal fitting 1 is provided with a base board part 11, a center horizontal standing part 12 standing forward, a downward bending part 121 bending from the front end of the horizontal standing part 12, front board parts 123 bending from the lower ends in the left and right end parts of the downward bending part, supporting parts 13 standing from the base board part 11 in the left and right sides of the center horizontal standing part 12, an upper board fixing part 131 and a lower board fixing part 132 bending from the front end of the supporting part 13, and a continuous arrangement part 133 arranged continuously to the front edges of them. Resilient materials 14 are arranged in the left and right end parts of the center horizontal standing part 11 and in the front board parts 123.
