PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein rebuilding of a house requires much cost and labor differently from reforming when requiring rebuilding of the house for improving comfortability by overall reforming of an outer wall, an inner wall, and a partition wall. SOLUTION: An outer wall material for constituting an existing outer wall, an inner wall material for constituting an existing inner wall, and a floor material for constituting an existing floor are removed from an existing house while leaving a steel frame skeleton such as a framework 3, and the outer wall material such as a new outer wall panel 9 is fixed to the steel frame skeleton. The inner wall material such as a new gypsum board 30 and the floor material such as a new floor backing material 75 are fixed to the existing house, and a new floorboard 78 is arranged on a new floor 60.
