PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation in current. SOLUTION: Transistors POUT0 to POUTn constitute a current mirror circuit with one transistor connected to a current source Iorg to constitute a reference current source and other N-pieces transistors. Switching circuits SW0-SWN periodically switch over transistors constituting the reference current source, so that the outputs from other N-pieces transistors are derived as the drive output for a display panel. Since the time-division control (averaged by time) is performed for the current variation of all, N+1 pieces MOS transistors, the current variation can be suppressed.
