PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece capable of easily detecting a target material such as nucleic acid or polypeptide with a small amount of a specimen solution and being easily prepared. SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of ligands are immobilized on fibers, respectively, the respective fibers are juxtaposed and fixed to a flat plate-like base body, and the base body is cut in a right-angled direction to the fibers, whereby a strip-like test piece for detecting a bioactive material specifically bonded to each ligand is prepared. |
