PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered synthetic resin sheet being excellent in productivity and having a high mechanical strength and high slip-proof and soundproof properties. SOLUTION: This sheet is formed by laminating a cloth-like body 2 composed of uniaxially stretched thermoplastic synthetic resin filaments and a polyolefin sheet layer 4, and the cloth-like body 2 and the polyolefin sheet layer 4 meet the relation: the mass per unit area of the cloth-like body (g/m<2> ) < the mass per unit area of the polyolefin sheet layer (g/m<2> ). It is preferable that the cloth- like body is a woven, cross-joined or knitted fabric of the thermoplastic synthetic resin filaments and is prepared by weaving or knitting the thermoplastic synthetic resin filaments of flat or split yarns of a thermoplastic synthetic resin.
