摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a direction and a position for an attached echo sounder transceiver accurately determined, and to enhance workability such as shortening of a working time. SOLUTION: In this ultrasonic flow-measuring instrument 101 of the present invention, the echo sounder transceivers 20 are fixed with a regular space therebetween, using positioning parts 41 provided in a positioning frame 40. The positioning for the echo sounder transceivers 20 is regulated automatically by a positioning spring 25b and the positioning parts 41. A guide frame 30 is attached to a proper portion of a conduit 10 irrespective of assembling of the echo sounder transceivers. Selection of the attaching position and the like are free in the attaching for the guide frame, because space regulation for the echo sounder transceivers is not required to be taken into care and because any acoustic matching medium is not required to be applied on the conduit. A required acoustic matching medium is applied onto the echo sounder transceivers after preparatory assembling, and the positioning frame and the guide frame are fixed to bring the each echo sounder transceiver into the regular direction and position.
