PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leather-like sheet having excellent feeling of color development, softness, surface appearance, sense of fulfillment, etc., and excellent durability of fastness to dyeing, light resistance, etc. SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet is obtained by providing the inside of a fibrous base with a resin and is dyed with a disperse dye. The leather-like sheet satisfies conditions that (I) the resin has a monolayer structure comprising a continuous phase and a dispersed phase in which the continuous phase is composed of a component having <=20 deg.C glass transition temperature and the dispersed phase is composed of a component having >=60 deg.C glass transition temperature or a multilayer structure having at least one layer composed of a component having >=60 deg.C glass transition temperature and (II) in the layer composed of the component having >=60 deg.C glass transition temperature, the diameter of the outermost layer in the dispersed phase is <=150 nm.
