PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor structure capable of reducing propagation of vibration generated inside a room formed in a concrete building to a concrete skeleton for improving a residential environment. SOLUTION: A floor part 13 is arranged while spaced out of a skeleton slab 11, and of a skeleton wall face 12 in the circumferential edge part. A skirting board 17 is mounted above the floor part 13 and constructed of two members arranged on the interior side and its opposite side, while a spacer 20 is arranged between them for forming a vent passage 21. One end of the vent passage 21 is communicated with a space 24 between the floor part 13 and the skeleton slab 11 via a clearance 22 between the circumferential edge part of the floor part 13 and the skeleton wall face 12. The other end of the vent passage 21 is opened to the interior space 26 above the floor part 13. The lower end of the skirting board 17 is abutted on the floor part 13 indirectly via a shock absorbing material 27.
