PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck with a pusher that can easily be changed to another one having appropriate energizing force for a workpiece to be transferred in a workpiece change. SOLUTION: Manpower reduction has become possible by arranging three detachable pusher units (a pusher, a pusher guide to guide the pusher, and a spring case to contain a spring inside to give energizing force to the pusher) at the center of a cover chuck body at an equal degree and by changing a whole center cover mounted with the pusher units that generate different energizing force at the time of setup.
