PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for analyzing a superoxide anion with high detecting sensitivity and precision, and an analyzing method for superoxide anion using it. SOLUTION: A cyclodextrin-bonded imidazo[1,2-a]pyradine-3-on compound comprising cyclodextrin covalent-bonded to imidazo[1,2-a]pyradine-3-on is used as the effective component of the reagent for analyzing superoxide anion.
