PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic substance continuous drier efficiently drying a passing organic substance. SOLUTION: The organic substance continuous drier 1 is provided with screw conveyors 3 in a multitude of stages while connecting the discharging port of the screw conveyor 3 to the charging port of the downstream side screw conveyor 3 to send out the organic substance charged into the charging port 4 of the most upstream side screw conveyor 3, gradually to the downstream side to dry the organic substance by heating the inside of a housing 2 by a burner 5. A heating air flow passage 7, surrounding the circumference of the screw conveyor 3, is formed in the housing 2 by partitioning plates 6 and the burner 5 for sending heating air into the heating air flow passage 7 is arranged at the uppermost part of the stream of the flow passage 7.
