PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet structure hard to exert a stress when caulking of a member to be fastened, and also to provide a structure for preventing a crack from occurring in a sintered member when fastening the sintered member by a rivet. SOLUTION: The structure for caulking the member 7 to be fastened, including the sintered member 6 is provided using the rivet 1 having a head part 2 of a flange shape, a shaft part 3 expanding from the head part 2, and a recessed part 4 formed in the axial direction of the shaft part 3, and having an tilted face 5a expanding in the axial direction toward an axial direction top end face 3a.
