PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of a work stage moved up and down a crane. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with the work stage 13 mounted with a wire saw cutter 14 capable of cutting a self-standing chimney 15, and capable of boarding a worker 25, and the second hydraulic crane 12 capable of lifting this work stage 13 in a horizontal state, and is constituted so that hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic unit 36 of the second hydraulic crane for operating the second hydraulic crane 12 operates the wire saw cutter 14.
