PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein rebuilding of a house requires much cost and labor differently from reforming when requiring rebuilding of the house for improving comfortability by overall reforming of an outer wall, an inner wall, and a partition wall. SOLUTION: An outer wall material 145, an inner wall material 148, and a partition wall material 149 for constituting a wall provided in the house are removed from the existing house while leaving a steel frame skeleton, and room arrangement of the house is changed before and after reforming. A new wall material is fixed to the house. An opening part 80 of a new outer wall 45 and an inner wall 48 is formed in a position different from an opening part 180 of the removed existing outer wall 145 and inner wall 148. A new partition wall 49 is arranged in a position different from the removed existing partition wall 149.
