PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorption panel having an exterior material having a large adhesion force, having low cost, and being usable for VHF and UHF in common. SOLUTION: This radio wave absorption panel is constructed in such a way that a nipping material 9 is arranged on the back of the exterior material 1, an absorbing body layer 12 is arranged on the back of the nipping material, a precast plate 5 is arranged on the back of the absorbing body layer, and the nipping material and the precast plate are mutually connected by a joint bar 10.
