PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection-hole cover structure in which a cutoff of water is enabled only by the penetration of piping, the number of parts is reduced and the execution of works is facilitated. SOLUTION: The inspection-hole cover structure is constituted so that a projecting section 11 in which the piping 6 erected from the lower section of an inspection hole is penetrated is formed to a cover 10 covering the inspection hole, inner ribs 15 having a diameter smaller than the piping 6 are installed into the projecting section 11 and the inner ribs 15 are stuck fast on the outer circumference of the piping 6 and water is stopped.
