PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality seal image. SOLUTION: A CPU 101 generates image data 172 for screen display and stores it in a RAM 103, while allowing the storage, in the RAM 103, of photographed image data 171 obtained by photographing with a camera 61. The CPU 101 generates scribbling data 173 in scribbling processing 183 in accordance with the image data 172, and stores the scribbling data 173 in the RAM 103. The CPU 101 generates image data 174 for printing in processing 184 for generating the image data 174 for the printing, in accordance with the scribbling data 173 and the image data 171, and stores the image data 174 in the RAM 103. The image data 174 are fed to a printer 107, and printed onto a seal seat.
