PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluctuation of an ejected ink amount due to irregularity of a displacement amount of a piezoelectric vibrator. SOLUTION: In a plurality of vibrator units 8 comprising a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators 9, 9, 9,... to be driven in a vertical vibration mode, fixed by one end on a fixed substrate 17 by a predetermined pitch, an elastic member 28 is fixed on the vibration area of the piezoelectric vibrators 9, 9, 9,... for adjusting the displacement amount. Since the displacement of the plurality of the vibration units 8 is provided by the same amount, irregularity of ejected ink amounts between the rows is prevented.
