The present invention is directed to new 1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-ol derivatives of the formula (I),and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein Q, R, X, Y and Z are the same as defined in the claims and the description. 1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-ol derivatives of the present invention have antifungal activity and are useful for the treatment of fungal diseases. |
