<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring system for a flow rate of a fluid high in sensitivity and responsiveness, and wide in a dynamic range. SOLUTION: This flow-measuring instrument arranged in the fluid to measure the flow rate of the fluid based on a difference between a heat radiation amount in an upstream of a heat-generating heating body and a heat radiation amount in a downstream is provided with an upstream temperature detecting element provided in the upstream of the heating body to detect a temperature, a downstream temperature detecting element provided in the downstream of the heating body to detect a temperature, and a circuit for controlling electric power supplied to the heating body to bring an average temperature of the temperature detected by the upstream temperature detecting element, and the temperature detected by downstream temperature detecting element into a preset temperature.</p> |
