PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment which is inexpensive and can easily pump up water. SOLUTION: This self-supply pump mainly comprises a small-diameter intake pipe, a liquid tank with a liquid-level meter, an oil-rotation type vacuum pump and a liquid feed pump, the intake pipe is connected to the liquid tank through an intake valve which is automatically opened/closed, the liquid tank is connected to the oil-rotation type vacuum pump through a rotation-type vacuum pump intake valve which is automatically opened/closed, an air opening valve which is automatically opened/closed is provided at an upper part of the liquid tank, the liquid tank is joined to the liquid feed pump, and all of them except the intake pipe are preferably provided on a movable cart. In the present invention, an oil-operation type vacuum pump not requiring working fluid is used for a vacuum generating device.
