PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably restrict rattling of a suction muffler by providing a constant spring force even when there is large dispersion in spatial distance formed between an extending part of the suction muffler and a cylinder head. SOLUTION: The compressor comprises a valve plate 34, the suction muffler 40 and the cylinder head 37 for pressing the extending part 44 of the suction muffler against the valve plate 34 via a plate spring 46. The spatial distance between the extending part 44 of the suction muffler and the cylinder head 37 is as large as plastically deforming the plate spring 46. Thereby, even when there is dispersion in the spatial distance, the spring property of the plate spring is adjusted by itself to the one corresponding to the respective spatial distance by plastically deforming the plate spring according to the respective dispersed distance and accordingly dispersion in pressing force of the suction muffler is decreased to stably restrict rattling of the suction muffler.
