PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of accurately ripping off from the starting position for ripping along an incision and of obtaining a fine opening portion. SOLUTION: The packing bag is characterized in that it comprises a thermal bonding resin layer for the tight-sealed inner layer on a peripheral thermal bonded portion, with a straight incision line for opening the packing bag from the outer edge of the peripheral thermal bonded portion provided on at least one of the layers other than the foregoing inner layer, a region of cut traces, provided on the peripheral thermal bonded portion, consisting of a plurality of minute through holes piercing the packaging bag from the outer edge of the peripheral thermal bonded portion into the inside, the region including the incision line, and two lines of guiding means, provided on the peripheral thermal bonded portion, which taper off toward the incision line from the outer edge side of the peripheral thermal bonded portion into the inside so that both the end portions thereof on the outer edge side sandwich the region of cut traces.
