PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fastener which ensures the strength of at least a joint portion between a first member and a second member orthogonal to the first member, and facilitates mounting of the same. SOLUTION: The fastener is formed of a first member 11 fixed to a horizontal member 78, a fourth member 16 fixed to a vertical member 76 orthogonal to the horizontal member 78, and a third member 14 bridging a gap between the first ember 11 and the fourth member 16. The third member 14 is rotatable with respect to at least the horizontal member 78.
