PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suction preventive construction method for a hydraulic structure in which a water permeable function is not damaged by securing a wide water permeable part when an asphalt mat, to which a water permeable material in a mat shape whose surface is covered with a protective net is mounted along the lower face and the edge, is laid inside reclaiming earth and sand.
