PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable knitted fabric suitable for a clothes material having an excellent cool feeling, especially an innerwear in direct contact with the skin without sweatiness and stickiness even during wearing for a long period. SOLUTION: This comfortable knitted fabric is a knitted fabric of a two-layer structure composed of a right side layer and a back side layer which is mainly composed of a moisture absorbing and releasing synthetic fiber filament yarn. The comfortable knitted fabric has >=0.13 W/cm<2> consumed quantity of heat transferred from the back side to the inside of the knitted fabric under environmental conditions of 20 deg.C and 65%RH. The moisture absorbing and releasing synthetic fiber filament yarn is preferably core-sheath conjugated type moisture absorbing and releasing synthetic fibers comprising a core component composed of a modified material of a polyalkylene oxide obtained by reacting an alkylene oxide with a polyol and an aliphatic diisocyanate compound or the modified material and a polyamide and a sheath component composed of a polyamide.
