The device is a gadget which can be worn as a watch, carried as a flat object in a bag or clipped onto a belt and can be used to download a program with a duration of 3, 6 or 12 months from the Internet using a docking station. The programs provide health tips and image or sound-based reminders are set by the user, including the daily reminder times and frequency. The device has a small screen for displaying text reports which generally comprise a question and answer. The device is supported by an Internet site from which the user can obtain need analysis and personal advice in the lifestyle and education fields. An alternative embodiment is a tabletop module for use in the home. |
