PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method and a treating device for contaminated water capable of reducing an amount of required power and being operated at a stable flux for a long period of time at a low running cost by a small sized device. SOLUTION: In the treating method and the device for contaminated water, after raw water flows into a coagulation reaction tank and an acidic coagulation treatment is carried out, the coagulated mixed liquid is fed to an upper part of a filtration separation tank in which a water-permeating filter body is immersed, a dynamic filtration layer of a coagulated sludge is formed on the surface of the water-permeating filter body and the filtered water is obtained by a water head from the water-permeating filter body.
