PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or dispense with a back-washing work of a filtration material and to dispense with large sized and expensive back-washing device in a waste water treating apparatus capable of removing a suspended substance from waste water and preparing clean water. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus for a dry laver is provided with a stirring/washing tank, a dehydration device, a mincing device, a washing device by water, a blender, a concentration adjustment tank, a laver manufacturing device, a drying device, and a waste water treating device 9. The treatment tank 90 successively has a high speed stirring tank 93, a low speed stirring tank 94, a first deviation flow tank 98a, a natural precipitation tank 99, a second deviation flow tank 98b, a filtration tank 95, and a storage tank 96 laterally in the order. At the vertical intermediate part of the filtration tank 95, a first filter cloth 952 and a second filter cloth 953 having flexibility are arranged in the state that they are fully relaxed. The first filter cloth 952 and the second filter cloth 953 are laterally provided at a predetermined vertical space. Water to be treated is distributed from below the first filter cloth 952 and the second filter cloth 953 to a storage tank 957 at an upper side. |
