PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray gun comprising a spray nozzle assembly provided with an orifice member with improved reliability to be employed for shutting off and a similar spraying apparatus. SOLUTION: The spray gun is provided with a spray nozzle assembly in an spraying end part and a valve needle for controlling the liquid flow through the spray nozzle assembly and capable of reciprocating. The nozzle assembly forms a liquid jetting port and a tough valve seat for precisely positioning the valve needle at a closing position by centering and the spray nozzle assembly may be used for a spraying apparatus having valve needles with different sizes and forms the first tough valve seat installed in the downstream side of an elastic sealing member for receiving a valve needle with a relatively small diameter and the second tough valve seat installed in the upstream side of an elastic sealing member for receiving a valve needle with a relatively large diameter.
