PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing invasion of noxious animals capable of making the animals difficult to jump near a protective net, preventing the occurrence of crossover by jumping and thereby setting the height of the protective net as low as possible. SOLUTION: This apparatus for preventing the invasion of the noxious animals comprises the protective net 1 made of a wire net and a skirt member 2 arranged in a lower position on the outside of a protective sphere for the protective net 1. The protective net 1 is arranged in a standing state and the skirt member 2 is arranged in a tip descending tilt state to thereby make the animals difficult to jump near the protective net 1. Direct invasion is prevented with the protective net 1 and the crossover of the protective net 1 by jumping is simultaneously prevented with the skirt member 2.
