PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with the conventional practice ball for golf that such practice ball is extremely lighter than a golf ball and therefore a golfer has heretofore lack of satisfaction in a feel of hitting the ball when the golfer hits the ball with a club, i.e., at the impact. SOLUTION: This practice ball consists of a hollow spherical body (1) having weak repulsion to the impact by the club and a packing material (3), such as powder, granule or liquid, packed into this spherical body (1) in the state of not producing elasticity.
