PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure for a sprinkler head the inside of a nozzle and a water cut-off member are chemically changed like corrosion, melting on the like due to chemical components contained in water in the piping of sprinkler extinguishing equipment. SOLUTION: In the water cut-off structure of the nozzle portion of a close sprinkler head, a seal material consisting of elastic material covering a nozzle inner wall and the face on the nozzle side of a valve in the state of closely fitting a nozzle exit periphery and a valve, is installed. The seal material has a structure of breaking a valve abutting face when the valve of the sprinkler head is opened.
