PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in number of magnetic resonance signals acquired during 1TR in acquiring magnetic resonance signals of two kinds of spins different in frequency by chemical shift. SOLUTION: In acquiring a magnetic resonance signal having an echo center at a point of time where the phase difference between two kinds of spin different in frequency is not 0 by chemical shift using a gradient echo method, a spin echo method or a fast spin echo method, a magnetic resonance signal is collected as a fractional echo.
