PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing filter allowing activated carbon as an adsorbent to be regenerated by a convenient method, and capable of being used for a long period. SOLUTION: The deodorizing filter 31 detachably installed in an air cleaner and the like is constituted by seven baggy storage chambers 41a of an air- permeable non-woven fabric 41 filled almost equally with activated carbon 42 with the pore size of 10 to 13 Åimmersed in a chlorine based solution and then rinsed with water and dried. The deodorizing filter 31 has its deodorizing performance restored by rinsing with water and drying the deodorizing filter 31. The non-woven fabric 41 is provided with a cleaning mark 43 indicating cautions as to cleaning of the deodorizing filter 31. |
