<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for a new game machine which can reduce the effect by an unnecessary radiation of an electromagnetic wave, and also, simplify the constitution, and reduce the cost, and reduce the effect by the unnecessary radiation of the electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: This cartridge for the game machine is detachably fitted in the game machine wherein a connector and a grounding terminal section are formed regarding a cartridge housing recess. Then, the cartridge is constituted of a semiconductor part including a housing, a board and a memory, and a shielding member. The board is formed of an external connecting terminal, a circuit pattern, and a grounding electrode. The shielding member covers almost all the section of the board, and also, is connected with the grounding electrode. On the housing, an opening from which a part of the shielding member is exposed is formed. On the shielding member, a shield protruding section which is exposed from the opening is formed. Thus, when the cartridge is fitted in a housing recess, the shield protruding section is electrically connected with the grounding electrode which is formed on the connector of the game machine, through the opening. Thus, the unnecessary radiation of the electromagnetic wave generated on the board is eliminated.</p> |
