摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable lowering cost of a crusher, reduction of a running cost, downsizing and lightening of an apparatus, ensure the durability of component members in a crushing zone, and improve flexibility against change and setting of crushed particle size. SOLUTION: This crushing method adopts a solid material crushing technology comprising a process where material to be crushed is dropped down and introduced to the vicinity of rotating vanes 15A, 15B, a process where the material is supplied to a crushing zone of the rotating vanes 15A, 15B, a process where the supplied material is crushed by mutual friction while moving in the rotation direction, and a process where the moved crushed material is taken out. In a casing 11A, 11B, end plates 22A, 22B and an inner sleeve 21, which partition and form the crushing zone, are installed. The divided parts of the casing 11A, 11B are connected by a sliding support means 17 so that they can be divided and sealed.
