PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the posture state and walking state of the individual. SOLUTION: This behavior discriminating system is provided with an acceleration sensor 2 for detecting the acceleration, a storage means for storing the posture and/or behavior pattern of the human body as human body data, and a discriminating means 3 for checking the output from the acceleration sensor 2 with the human body data to discriminate between the posture state and/or operating state of the human body. The discriminating means 3 performs the discriminating operation according to the output of the accelerator sensor 2.
