PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally and compactly pull a coaxial cable without projection of the coaxial cable form the back side of a base plate by disposing the coaxial cable connected to an ultrasonic vibrator and a coil in a cutout formed in the base plate. SOLUTION: The base end part of the base plate 55 on which the ultrasonic vibrator 53 is mounted, is connected to a cylinder 56, and the tip part of a flexible shaft is directly connected to the cylinder 56. A pair of electrode patterns 59a, 59b are formed on the back of the base plate 55, and the coil 60 is mounted. The cutout 64 extending from the base end part of the connecting part 55b of the base plate 55 to the inside of a vibrator fitting part 55a is provided, the tip part of the coaxial cable 63 is completely buried in the cutout 64, and wires 63a, 63b are led out of the end part thereof to be connected to the electrode patterns 59a, 59b by soldering. |
